Hi guys! I wanted to discuss my absence and the future of my blog today.
First of all, I wanted to say that I am SO disappointed that I didn't finish my Christmas Series. I have a problem when it comes to following through with things.
I have a lot going on personally, and at first this blog was really fun. Fashion is one of the only things I care about right now, which sucks, and I wanted to turn it into my identity, I guess. I thought that being a "fashion blogger" meant this daily-posting and strict dedication, which it doesn't. I was putting so much effort into my weekly posts (and 100x times more around Christmas) that they weren't fun, they were work. At first it kept me busy but then I lost interest in it. Not only did I drop my series, I dropped my entire blog.
Anyways, I'm opening it up again. I am going to post when I feel like I want to. It's going to be random, but it isn't going to be fake and forced. I was writing in a voice that wasn't me and cranking out OOTDs that were so effortless.
I think my style has become more natural and I have the passion and love for style back in my life. I'm getting better :)

Hey guys! Today I'm showing you the little things that I do and the looks I do during my Holiday break to avoid literally dying of boredom or redecorating my tree for the third time! This is an entire relaxing, effortless day in one post!

Makeup:
I'm smudging out some black eyeliner, highlighting my face, and applying a berry blush & lip for a dramatic yet easy look!

Outfit:
I'm wearing a black shift dress, black over the knee boots (my faves!) and a white scarf for an easy, stylish look! These pics were taken in Central Park :)

To Do:

I took a friend to an adorable coffee place and it was so relaxing! Find a perfect spot this break so you know where to go to wind down (or up!)
And if you live in NYC, this place is called Java Girl and it's on the Upper East Side :)

To Get into the Spirit:

I set my phone wallpaper to a beautiful image of the winter, which makes me so excited for a White Christmas! You can also use a festive image for the Holidays!
